We hit the 28 week mark yesterday. The little guy has been quite active the past couple of days. He was really moving a lot on Wed. I think he moved pretty much non-stop for about 5 hours on Wed. morning. There definitely wasn't much time of non-movement in between anyway. I wonder if he flipped because I'm feeling much more pulling and stretching up near my ribs all of a sudden. He's also pushing his arms or legs out to the point that I have lumps on my sides just under my ribs. Most of the movement and big jabs have been in my lower left abdomen area before now. Now I feel them up high in my ribs and little jabs down low too. We were laying in bed Wed. night watching TV and my belly was moving like crazy. It was moving so much that Dave could even see it moving in the dark, just from the light of the TV. I've noticed a decrease in my appetite at dinner time each evening over the past couple of days. I literally have to force myself to eat dinner because I just don't feel hungry. It's like I still feel full from lunch. It's also not take much food to fill me up either. At least 1/2 as much food than I usually eat. I've also noticed an increase in the frequency of when I have to pee in the last couple of days. So he's definitely done something in there to take up space. Except for the actual uncomfortableness of the stretching and pulling on my belly I'm feeling much better than I did in January. I've been going to the chiropractor once a week for adjustments on my neck, back and hips. It must be working because I'm not having the terrible pain I did in Dec. and Jan. I'm still tossing and turning from uncomfortable hips at night but that's just part of it. At least I can get up in the morning and don't have any pain the rest of the day. I'm very happy about that!
We go back to the OB for our 28 week appointment next Tues., Feb. 27th. I will have my glucose tolerance test, some other blood work and we'll chat with Dr. Gerber about the possible breech situation and see how she plans to proceed / treat us from here. Oh by the way, I've hit a 38 inch waist line at this point. Oh the joys of pregnancy! LOL!!!

Here is a picture of my 28 week belly for your viewing pleasure.
